Terms of Service

The ground rules for using this website and understanding what we do.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Audyn Security website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.

2. What We Do

Audyn Security provides smart contract security reviews, vulnerability assessments, and related advisory services for blockchain protocols and DeFi applications. This website serves as an informational resource about our services and track record.

Nothing on this website constitutes a security guarantee, financial advice, or an offer to enter into an engagement. All audit engagements are governed by separate, individually negotiated agreements.

3. Audit Engagements

These website terms do not govern audit engagements. Each security review engagement is subject to its own agreement that covers scope, deliverables, timelines, confidentiality, and payment terms.

If there is any conflict between these website terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails.

4. Nature of Security Reviews

Smart contract security reviews are best-effort assessments performed within a defined scope and timeframe. They significantly reduce risk but cannot guarantee the absence of all vulnerabilities. Specifically:

  • An audit covers the code and configuration in scope at the time of review
  • Post-audit changes to the codebase may introduce new vulnerabilities
  • No audit can guarantee protection against all possible attack vectors, including those unknown at the time of review
  • Security is an ongoing process, not a one-time event

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Audyn Security and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

Regarding audit reports: ownership and distribution rights for audit deliverables are defined in the specific engagement agreement for each project.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Audyn Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on information presented here.

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute professional security advice. For specific security concerns, engage us directly for a formal review.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Third-Party Links

This website contains links to third-party platforms including Telegram, GitHub, and Twitter (X). These links are provided for convenience. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the website after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
